Enrique Chamas
Enrique Chamas: received his Ph.D. in Economics and Business Administration in University of Navarra (Spain) and an MBA at IAE Business School in Universidad Austral (Argentina). He currently teaches several courses in the MBA and Executive programs at IAE Business School (Universidad Austral), Torcuato Di Tella Business School and IEEM Business School (Universidad de Montevideo). His actual areas of specialization and research include business models, their innovation, digitalization and platformization. He participated in various research studies on economic conditions and investment analysis in Latin America at CEMA (Macroeconomic Studies Centre of Argentina) and IERAL (Mediterranean Foundation – Institute of Studies on Argentine and Latin American Reality). His recent publications include articles in European Academy of Management Conference and Harvard Deusto Business Review. He has been a member of the Board of Governors of Universidad Austral. He was also General Manager at the same University. Besides his teaching and research work, in recent years he has also provided consulting services on competitive strategy to companies and consulting firms who work in agricultural, construction, media, wine and education sectors. He is a member of executive boards of several non-governmental organizations (NGOs), mainly related to education.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
